A week-long course designed for individuals (ages 13-17) interested in working and/or volunteering in a sanctuary setting. Teens will learn all about captive and wild parrots, develop bird-handling skills, and gain experience educating the public about these beautiful creatures. After completion of this one-week training course, they are eligible to continue volunteering with Free Flight as their schedule allows.
